 TSUKUB32(T-Ts): No problems.

 AIRA    (A-Ai): No problems. Cesium crystal clock was used
                 as frequency standard.

 CHICHI10(C-Cc): There was wrong with a board of Formatter DFC-2100,
                 so the data of 9-12 chs were not correctly recorded.
                 12 scans were not recorded because of missing tape change.
